Refund Policy

When you book a course at Bristle Avenue Lash Academy, a reservation will be made under your name, ensuring it is not available to other students.

Each class allows for up to 4 reservations.

All classes are meticulously organized to cater to a set number of students, including necessary supplies. To offset the expenses incurred from adjusting these arrangements due to cancellations and rescheduling, the following fees are applicable to all course transactions:

All deposits of $250.00 non-refundable.

Courses canceled up to 7 days before the start date will receive a refund of the remaining course cost (minus the deposit).

Courses canceled less than 7 days before the start date will incur a 100% fee (no refund will be issued).

Failure to attend the course on the scheduled date will result in a 100% fee (no refund will be issued).
